Help LD Kids! Attend Free CW Austin LD Conference

Are you interested in improving our community by providing appropriate education to all students? Attendance at the free C W Austin Learning Disabilities Conference is a step forward for you. Coming together at the free C W Austin LD Conference with parents and professionals is a vital step in the process. The Greater Baton Rouge Learning Disabilities Coalition with the support of volunteer speakers, Exxon, Entergy and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana contribute to our community’s educational and economic growth through this annual event designed to increase academic success though evidenced based professional development and networking opportunities. Join us on Saturday, February 8, 2020 for this important event at the Catholic Life Center at 1800 South Acadian Thruway from 8:30 til 4:30. 

You’ll hear a diverse speaker list including mental health professionals, speech language pathologists, educators and advocates who will expand your LD expertise and help you create a fertile educational environment for all the children in our area. Professional development credits are free to parents, students and educators and are available to Social Workers, Counselors and SLPs for $25.
